Production Description

Diethanol monoisopropanolamine is synthesized using diethanolamine and epoxypropane as raw materials. This synthesis takes place in advanced external loop drip reactors under the control of a fully automated DCS system, which yields products with multiple benefits, such as high principal content, excellent selectivity, low alcohol ether content, and light color. This product is primarily used as an admixture in the cement grinding process and serves as a new alternative to conventional raw materials for cement grinding aids, such as triethanolamine and triisopropanolamine. It markedly boosts mill output and the later-stage strength of cement. It demonstrates notable effectiveness in boosting the activity of mixed materials such as fly ash, slag powder, and limestone powder.
